Information collected and why

Registration collects first name, last name, email address and mobile number to manage registration, provide event information, and maintain attendance records. We retain submitted SMS and media permission choices and available submission details. We keep the disclosure text used for this workshop with our records. The service may maintain technical submission information and campaign attribution, such as the form source and UTM campaign, to protect the form and assess registrations.

We plan to capture photos and video at the event. Identifiable image and voice publication on websites and social media requires separate media permission. Voluntary testimonials may include a written quote, image or voice, preferred name display, and separate publication permission. We do not need notebook contents or sensitive personal stories to register you; do not submit them through the registration form.

Communications and choices

Registration contact information is used for workshop logistics. Automated workshop texts are sent only with separate SMS consent. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help; contact us by email for other questions. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of registration. Media permission is required to register and attend. Testimonials remain voluntary and need separate publication permission. Permission for one purpose does not grant permission for another.

Providers and publication

Registration and communications are managed through HighLevel and the organizer's configured hosting, email and telephone providers. These providers may process information to deliver those services. Approved photos, video and testimonials published to websites and social platforms become visible to their audiences; those platforms also operate under their own policies. Other people may reshare published media.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process information only as needed to support the organizer's services under the applicable arrangements.

Retention and protection

We restrict access to registration information, raw media, and permission records to people and providers who need them for the stated activities. Electronic storage and transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Registration records and raw or published media may be retained on an ongoing basis without a fixed deletion date for the uses described in this notice. Permission evidence is retained to document authorized uses. You can contact us to request deletion or withdraw permission; legal obligations may require keeping certain records.

Requests and withdrawal

Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to change a permission choice. We may need to verify your identity. On a media or testimonial withdrawal request, we will stop new uses while reviewing it and remove copies we control where feasible. We cannot guarantee removal of copies already reshared by others. Applicable legal obligations may require keeping certain records.

Tracking

The registration service uses native form reporting and campaign attribution. No third-party advertising pixels are installed for this workshop. We will update this notice and any required consent controls if that changes.
